A lot has happened over this last year. Getting married definitely the highlight of it but... graduating from UNL will be right up there as well. I am counting down the days till I get that piece of paper and can get on with my life ;) In only about three weeks I'll be done! I plan to focus all my attention on photography and finally market myself. Its been interesting how God has really provided for me while I've been in school. I've only really marketed my business a few times because I haven't had time to do it while I've been in school. The amazing thing is that God has provided enough business for me to pay my bills off and get out of school debt free. I'm really amazed and thankful for such a faithful God.
I have been putting in a lot of time in the studio working on my new and upcoming website. I am hoping to get a whole new portfolio out in a few months and show Nebraska a whole new type photography. There are a ton of photographers around Nebraska, but they are mostly all the same. I haven't seen too many people pushing the limits and I hope to fill that spot here soon! ;) One of the new areas within my business that has been growing is modeling. I have done a lot of seniors this last year and decided to take it a step further and do some portfolios for models around Nebraska. Its been fun working with people who are used to the studio life and love getting pictures taken of themselves! Again.. these photos will be up when my new website is ready!
A lot of exciting things are around the corner and I'm excited to finally have time to pursue what I love! Keep posted over the next few months.
Oh! and.. If you know of anyone who wants band or sports photos taken let me know!
